Support Arts Education in Napa County
19th Annual Bill Dodd Holiday Party
December 3, 2018 | Silverado Resort + Spa
Each year, I choose a local charity as the recipient of the proceeds from my Holiday Party and Golf Tournament.
This year, I’m proud to have chosen Arts Council Napa Valley and Napa Valley Education Foundation as co-beneficiaries. 100% of the net proceeds from this event will go to help them continue their great work implementing the Napa County Arts Master Plan, providing infrastructure and support to local schools to provide high quality arts instruction to more than 20,000 students in Napa County.
Over the past 18 years, this event has generated more than $1.5 million to worthy local charities and community projects. We are determined to make this a record year to help enable the disadvantaged people of Napa Valley to reach their full potential!
Arts Council Napa Valley (ACNV) and Napa Valley Education Foundation collaboratively support, sustain, and advocate for arts education in Napa County. As partners in the ACNV Education Alliance, these nonprofits believe the arts engage and connect students with each other, their schools and their community and are integral to teaching and learning 21st century skills. Through partnering with schools and the community, these partners work with other local advocates and funders to ensure equitable access to a culturally-relevant arts education.
We are grateful for your interests in the welfare of our community. The entire Napa Valley benefits in so many ways when we transform people into productive citizens. Let’s all work together to make this possible.
